WILL CALL
Brown Paper Tickets will mail your tickets to you directly. The name of the Purchaser will be automatically added to The Cutting Ball’s Ticket/Will Call List. In the event of lost tickets, the person who purchased them can claim them at the door with valid ID. Please bring ID and/or a print out of your ticket transaction receipt to claim your tickets.

WALK UPS
Brown Paper Tickets will not sell tickets after 4pm on the day of a show. Remaining tickets will be sold to Walk-Up patrons one hour before the show begins. Please call 415-419-3584 to find out if tickets are still available on the day of a performance.

IDENTIFICATION
Valid ID must be presented for Students/Seniors and Under-30 tickets.

LATE SEATING
The Cutting Ball Theater has a no-late seating policy.

TICKET RELEASE:
Unclaimed reservations will be released 5 minutes prior to the start of the show.

REFUNDS
All ticket sales are final. No refunds.

GROUP RATES
Groups of 10 or more receive $5 off the regular ticket price. This does not apply to the Under-30 rate on Thursdays.

GROUPS OF 10 OR MORE:
Adults $20 per ticket
Students/Seniors $15 per ticket
Under-30 $15 per ticket (on Thursdays)

Group sales must be arranged with the Box Office Manager.
