WILL CALL
When tickets are purchased online through Brown Paper Tickets, the name of the purchaser will be automatically added to The Cutting Ball’s Ticket/Will Call List. The person who purchased the tickets can claim them at the door with valid ID.
WALK UPS
Brown Paper Tickets will not sell tickets after 4pm the day of the show. Remaining tickets will be sold to Walk-Up patrons one hour before the show begins. Please call 415-419-3584 to find out if tickets are still available on the day of a performance. We cannot accept credit cards at the door. Cash or check only please.
IDENTIFICATION
Valid ID must be presented for Students/Seniors and Under-30 tickets.
SEATING
Seating is general admission. The lobby will open 30 minutes before the performance, and the house will open 15 minutes before the performance.
There is NO LATE SEATING. Please arrive early.
TICKET RELEASE
Unclaimed reservations will be released 5 minutes prior to the start of the show.
REFUNDS
All ticket sales are final. No refunds.
