Advertise and Partner With Cutting Ball

Last updated: August 17, 2026

Cutting Ball works with selected sportsbooks, gaming-technology companies, data providers, payment and cryptocurrency services, research organizations and other businesses relevant to adult sports-betting readers.

Commercial relationships support our publishing work. They do not purchase a guaranteed rating, a favorable conclusion or the removal of a verified material drawback.

Every affiliate arrangement is subject to our Affiliate Disclosure and Editorial Policy.

Sponsored placements

Clearly identified sponsored placements may appear in:

  • Comparison pages
  • Relevant resource hubs
  • Newsletters
  • Display positions
  • Dedicated commercial landing pages
  • Sitewide promotional areas

A sponsored placement will be labeled so a reasonable reader can understand the commercial relationship.

Display advertising

Display opportunities may include standard web placements, responsive creative or other formats approved by Cutting Ball.

All creative is subject to technical, legal, responsible-gambling, privacy and accessibility review.

Newsletter sponsorships

Newsletter sponsorships may be available where Cutting Ball has obtained appropriate subscription consent.

Advertisers do not receive unrestricted access to subscriber lists.

Research and data partnerships

Cutting Ball may consider partnerships involving:

  • Odds data
  • Market or limit data
  • Banking information
  • Regulatory datasets
  • Responsible-gambling research
  • Consumer-protection tools
  • Technical education

Any methodology, funding or conflict that could affect how readers interpret the work should be disclosed.

Custom commercial content

Cutting Ball may produce sponsored guides or commercial explainers when the content is clearly labeled and does not impersonate independent editorial review.

Commercial content cannot include fabricated testing, guaranteed outcomes or undisclosed material claims.

Editorial independence

A commercial partner may:

  • Supply accurate company information
  • Provide current terms and documentation
  • Answer factual questions
  • Identify a possible error
  • Request a right of reply
  • Provide authorized creative

A commercial partner may not purchase:

  • A specific sportsbook score
  • A guaranteed recommendation
  • Removal of a substantiated drawback
  • Suppression of regulatory or enforcement history
  • A false claim of legality or licensing
  • A fabricated deposit, withdrawal or support test
  • A promise that every customer will be paid
  • Editorial approval rights over Cutting Ball’s independent conclusions

The editorial team retains final control over sourcing, wording, ratings, analysis, corrections and publication decisions.

Review coverage is separate from advertising

Buying advertising does not guarantee an independent review.

Being reviewed does not require buying advertising.

An operator may be covered because of reader interest, regulatory relevance, market importance, product differentiation, complaints, search demand or editorial judgment.

The selection process is described in the Editorial Policy.

Corrections and right of reply

Advertisers and non-advertisers use the same Corrections Policy.

A correction request should identify:

  • The page URL
  • The exact disputed statement
  • The proposed correction
  • A primary or authoritative source
  • The requester’s relationship to the subject

A supported factual error will be corrected regardless of commercial status. A supported editorial opinion will not be removed merely because a partner disagrees.

Disclosure standards

Material commercial relationships should be disclosed clearly and close to the relevant recommendation, endorsement or call to action.

Cutting Ball does not rely only on a footer link or a separate policy page when a reasonable reader needs the information to evaluate a recommendation.

A standard sportsbook disclosure is:

Affiliate disclosure: Cutting Ball may receive compensation if you register or complete a qualifying action through links on this page. Compensation may affect which operators are featured and where they appear, but it does not purchase a particular editorial rating. Offers, eligibility and terms can change.

The Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement guidance provides additional information about disclosing material connections.

Paid-link standards

Compensated outbound links should be identified technically with:

rel=”sponsored”

nofollow may also be included when appropriate.

A technical attribute is not a substitute for a visible disclosure.

Google publishes additional guidance on qualifying outbound links.

Responsible-gambling requirements

Gambling-related advertising must be designed for adults and must not:

  • Target or appeal primarily to minors
  • Portray gambling as a dependable income strategy
  • Guarantee profit, safety or recovery of losses
  • Suggest that skill eliminates financial risk
  • Encourage chasing losses
  • Encourage borrowing or use of essential-expense money
  • Misrepresent bonus terms
  • Hide material rollover, eligibility or withdrawal restrictions
  • Encourage bypassing self-exclusion, identity or location controls
  • Use urgent language designed to pressure a person experiencing harm

Where appropriate, creative must include:

  • 21+ or the higher applicable legal age
  • A clear statement that gambling involves risk
  • Relevant responsible-gambling support information
  • Jurisdictional or eligibility limitations
  • Material promotional terms or a prominent route to them

Cutting Ball’s standards and independent support resources are available on the Responsible Gambling page.

Prohibited and restricted campaigns

Cutting Ball may reject or remove advertising involving:

  • Illegal or unlicensed activity in the targeted jurisdiction
  • Services intended to evade KYC, sanctions, geolocation or self-exclusion
  • Guaranteed-win or risk-free gambling systems
  • Misleading recovery or chargeback services
  • Sale of sportsbook accounts or identities
  • Stolen payment information
  • Malware, spyware or deceptive downloads
  • False government or regulatory endorsement
  • Counterfeit products
  • Discriminatory, hateful or exploitative content
  • Material that infringes intellectual-property rights
  • Deceptive countdown timers, fake scarcity or fabricated testimonials
  • Unsubstantiated security or payment guarantees

We may request licensing, ownership, compliance, advertising-substantiation or responsible-gambling documentation before accepting a campaign.

Promotion and bonus standards

Bonus advertising must clearly identify or provide a conspicuous route to material terms, including where relevant:

  • Bonus type
  • Minimum deposit
  • Maximum bonus
  • Promo code
  • Rollover base and multiple
  • Eligible odds and markets
  • Expiration
  • Geographic restrictions
  • Minimum age
  • Withdrawal or forfeiture consequences

A Free Bet should not be described as cash when the promotional stake is not returned.

Cutting Ball may independently calculate expected rollover cost or theoretical promotional value. An advertiser cannot require removal of a mathematically supported analysis merely because it makes the promotion appear less valuable.

Creative and accessibility requirements

Advertising creative must:

  • Be accurate and legible
  • Clearly distinguish advertising from site navigation
  • Avoid deceptive buttons or system alerts
  • Avoid unsafe flashing
  • Support keyboard and screen magnification where technically applicable
  • Include meaningful alternative text when supplied as an informative image
  • Avoid communicating essential information by color alone
  • Work reasonably across supported screen sizes

Additional expectations are described in the Accessibility Statement.

Privacy, cookies and tracking

A partner must disclose and lawfully operate any tracking used in connection with a campaign.

Campaigns may be subject to:

  • User consent requirements
  • Global Privacy Control or state-law opt-outs
  • Data-processing agreements
  • Security review
  • Retention limits
  • Restrictions on sensitive data
  • Limits on cross-context behavioral advertising

Cutting Ball does not promise that every tracking technology can run before a user gives consent.

Partners must not collect passwords, private keys, seed phrases, full payment-card data or other unnecessary sensitive information through Cutting Ball pages.

Our practices are described in the Privacy Policy and Your Privacy Choices.

Audience and performance information

Media-kit figures, traffic estimates, audience characteristics and campaign forecasts should be dated and sourced from actual systems.

Unless expressly guaranteed in a signed agreement, Cutting Ball does not guarantee:

  • Impressions
  • Clicks
  • Registrations
  • Deposits
  • Revenue
  • Search rankings
  • Indexing
  • Conversion rates
  • Customer lifetime value
  • Regulatory approval

Invalid traffic, fraud, outages, consent choices, browser restrictions, market changes and operator eligibility can affect results.

Measurement and reporting

Depending on the campaign, reporting may include:

  • Impressions
  • Clicks
  • Click-through rate
  • Referral identifiers
  • Qualifying conversions reported by the partner
  • Placement dates
  • Device or geographic summaries where legally permissible

Attribution systems can disagree. The signed agreement should identify the controlling measurement source and fraud-adjustment rules.

Brand safety and placement

Cutting Ball may move, pause or remove creative that:

  • Becomes inaccurate
  • Links to an unavailable or restricted offer
  • Creates technical or accessibility problems
  • Violates law, platform policy or this page
  • Creates material reader risk
  • Is associated with a new regulatory or ownership concern

Campaign review does not guarantee that every jurisdiction permits the advertised activity.

Intellectual property

Advertisers represent that they have the rights needed for supplied names, logos, images, claims, data and other creative.

Cutting Ball retains ownership of its original editorial content, ratings, methodology, design and independently created analysis unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Copyright complaints are governed by the DMCA and Copyright Policy.

Commercial terms

Rates, inventory, cancellation, billing, make-goods, reporting, creative deadlines, indemnities and other commercial terms will be stated in a signed insertion order or agreement.

Nothing on this page constitutes an offer that must be accepted.
