Before submitting

Contact the operator first

Use official support and preserve the entire conversation.

Read the controlling rule

Save the terms that applied when the wager, deposit, or promotion occurred.

Preserve evidence

Save screenshots, emails, chat logs, ticket numbers, transaction hashes, cashier records, and timestamps.

Contact the appropriate regulator when available

For a sportsbook licensed in a U.S. state, the state gaming regulator may provide a formal complaint process.

For a broader consumer issue, a state attorney general or consumer-protection office may explain available options.

An offshore operator may not fall within the jurisdiction of a U.S. state gaming regulator.
