What is Vimeo?
Vimeo is the world's leading professional video platform. Cutting Ball Theater has partnered with Vimeo On Demand to host streaming for Phantasmagoria. Vimeo On Demand makes it simple to stream Phantasmagoria from home, just like renting a movie.
Do I need a Vimeo account to stream Phantasmagoria?
Yes, to experience Phantasmagoria, you will need a Vimeo account. The good news: Vimeo accounts are quick and easy to set-up, and totally free!
Once I've ordered streaming access, how long until my Phantasmagoria rental expires?
Streaming access will remain active for exactly one week (7 days) from date and time of your order. For example, if you rented Phantasmagoria on Tuesday at 2pm, you will be able to view it until the following Tuesday at 1:59pm. If you order prior to Phantasmagoria's release date, your streaming window will open on April 29 at 6pm PT.
If I rent Phantasmagoria shortly before it closes, will I still have a week to view it?
Yes! As long as you complete your order before closing, you will be able to stream Phantasmagoria for one full week. However, you will no longer be able to reach your rental through your emailed Vimeo receipt. To access your rental after closing, follow these steps:
1. Log in to Vimeo.
2. Hover your cursor over the circular icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen until a drop-down menu appears.
3. Click "Purchases" — this will take you to the Purchases page.
4. Click "On Demand" — your Phantasmagoria rental will be viewable here.
Can I order Phantasmagoria after the show officially closes?
Our virtual production operates like an in-person show. Once we close, Phantasmagoria will no longer be available to stream.
I'm a Cutting Ball All-Access Passholder and have received my unique link, but I'd prefer to stream Phantasmagoria with captions.
